SuperApart guarantees the best available price to guests booking on superapart.com, under the terms below.
If you find a publicly available, directly bookable offer for the same apartment online that is cheaper than your booking under the same conditions, contact us. If we confirm the offer is available, we will refund the difference. We check your claim and reply within 24 hours.
Already booked? Claim a lower price
If you find a lower price on another booking site for the same apartment, dates and number of guests, with the same cancellation and payment terms, submit the claim form within 24 hours of your booking confirmation and at least 48 hours before your arrival date.
Conditions
The cheaper offer must meet all of the following conditions:
- It is still available when we check the claim.
- It is for the same apartment.
- It has the same dates and length of stay.
- It has the same number of guests.
- It has the same booking, cancellation and payment terms.
- It is in the same currency.
- It is publicly available and we can verify it.
- We compare the accommodation price only, excluding cleaning fees, service fees, taxes and extras.
The guarantee does not apply to
- Bookings made outside superapart.com. We are also not responsible for cancellation fees of bookings made on other sites.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival.
- Cancelled bookings.
- Opaque and auction sites, where you only learn the property after booking.
- Packages, e.g. a stay with a flight.
- Comparison sites and sites that redirect to another site and do not allow direct booking.
- Prices available only after logging in, or to members of loyalty programmes, companies, staff and other groups.
- Offers from unauthorised agents and resellers.
- Differences caused by exchange rates.
What you get
We refund the difference in the accommodation price. The refund does not cover cleaning fees, service fees, taxes or extras. We are not responsible for pricing errors on other sites.
