- Apartments near the metro
The metro is the fastest way to get around Warsaw: trains run every few minutes, whatever the traffic on the streets. This list includes apartments no more than 1 km in a straight line from an M1 or M2 station entrance. Each offer shows the nearest station and the distance to its entrance.
Line M1 runs from Ursynów and Mokotów through the city centre to Żoliborz and Bielany, and M2 runs from Bemowo and Wola through the centre to Praga and Targówek. The two lines meet at Świętokrzyska, so from an apartment near the metro you can reach most key places in the city with at most one change.

Staying near the metro: good to know
No car, no traffic
The metro avoids traffic jams, and at peak times trains run every few minutes. You do not need to look for parking or pay in the paid parking zone.
Close to the stations
From Centrum metro station you can walk to Warszawa Centralna, and Dworzec Gdański metro station is next to the railway station of the same name. Chopin Airport is reached from the centre by SKM train or bus.
Distance on every offer
Each apartment card shows the nearest station and the straight-line distance to its entrance. On foot, it usually takes from a few to a dozen or so minutes.
For business trips and sightseeing
An apartment near the metro works well on a business trip: office buildings in Wola around Rondo Daszyńskiego, in the city centre and near Służewiec are a few stops away. When sightseeing, the metro quickly takes you close to the Old Town (Ratusz Arsenał station), to Powiśle and the Copernicus Science Centre, and to the National Stadium for a match or concert.
How we measure the distance to the metro
We measure the straight-line distance from the apartment to the nearest station entrance, not to the middle of the station. The walking route is usually a bit longer, depending on streets and crossings. You can check the exact location of the apartment on the map next to the list.
